Great staff great environment for working out. Sad it had to close
Love the staff and how much they care for the members as well as their own making it feel like family! Each instructor has the passion for the classes and members and truly pushes the members pass the limit!
Extremely happy with BodyPlex Oakwood trainers. Some of them teach at the BodyPlex at Hamilton Mill where we are members. But I have to say...Wow!! Extremely impressed with the Love and Care they have for us as members of BodyPlex. During this difficult time, they have organized one of the best online live training workouts!! I personally want to thank Tiffany, Annie, Lauren and Stacey!! V and I love you guys!!
