Very friendly staff and a nice place to workout. Recommended!
The BEST gym at Lake Oconee by far. I love my gym! Tommy, the gym owner, and staff are fantastic. This is the place to go to make great friends and get a fantastic workout by super fantastic trainers and coaches. I especially love the BodyPump and BodyCombat classes. Thanks, Tommy, for always being concerned about each and every member of Bodyplex and celebrating the successes of our members in whatever they endeavor.
