I was made to believe the lifetime warranty came with the earrings i bought and didn’t realize i paid for them until i saw the receipt. I was also told that i could visit another outlet to have the earring fitted for me but she never mentioned the $18 fee. I was just visiting and won’t be able to come back … also the part of the earring fell off

First time having a cartilage piercing (helix) and I went to buy some jewelry for the first time. I had no idea what type of jewelry I needed. Luckily the staff member there showed me the super wide range of jewelry I could choose from! I got two really beautiful hoops and they are very comfortable and easy to put on! Will be coming here again
