I was skeptical at first because I sometimes get claustrophobic and it is also very difficult for me to “turn my mind off.” I was in the cathedral room and didn’t feel claustrophobic and I couldn’t believe when the 90 minutes were up, it went by so fast. It was so relaxing, I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.
So relaxing. A real treat to myself. I highly recommend this!

Just left Bodymind Float Center! If you haven't, you've got to try it! Total relaxation, floating in super salty water. 1 1/2 hour of shavasana on a delightful cloud. The couples float was perfection!
Literally the best experience I've had in a long time. So relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I fell asleep a few times while floating, working to clear my mind, relax my muscles... my whole body felt rejuvenated after my 90 minute session.. followed by 45 minutes in the salt room. I have asthma, so that was a wonderful experience for the lungs. I'm a monthly member now.
