RecommendedI was skeptical at first because I sometimes get claustrophobic and it is also very difficult for me to “turn my mind off.” I was in the cathedral room and didn’t feel claustrophobic and I couldn’t believe when the 90 minutes were up, it went by so fast. It was so relaxing, I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.

RecommendedJust left Bodymind Float Center! If you haven't, you've got to try it! Total relaxation, floating in super salty water. 1 1/2 hour of shavasana on a delightful cloud. The couples float was perfection!
Literally the best experience I've had in a long time. So relaxing, quiet and peaceful. I fell asleep a few times while floating, working to clear my mind, relax my muscles... my whole body felt rejuvenated after my 90 minute session.. followed by 45 minutes in the salt room. I have asthma, so that was a wonderful experience for the lungs. I'm a monthly member now.
