RecommendedVery relaxing and meditative. Very clean. Interesting sensations. You get a 90 minute session. They say the first 20 minutes seem like the longest. You can float in the dark (recommended) or with the soft tub light on. I made it to the 75 minute mark. I felt a bit like a brined turkey when I was done, but I’d definitely do it again. 👍

RecommendedThe staff is always friendly and ask if you need anything.....The tanks are always clean and tidy. The silence is amazing. I had to force myself to relax and it was just what I needed. The Salt Room is a great place to meditate and feel.so much better.

RecommendedIt was nice and clean and the staff gave great feedback for being my first time. I personally had a hard time relaxing with no sound. After some time I was able to let go. Wonderful space and all amenities for you when you were done to clean up.
Recommendedthis was so relaxing I plan on doing it again I floated for a hour and a half and then I went into The Salt Room for 45 minutes. My body is so relaxed I recommend this place to anybody. The staff were really great very nice to talk to. so give it a try you'll enjoy it.
