About 8-9 weeks ago, I was suffering from painful sciatic nerve stemming from muscles in and around my hip. It was from overuse as I've ramped up exercise by playing pick-up soccer 4 times a week (hanging on to the last vestiges of long-gone youth). Dan is amazing! He knows human anatomy so well and really works tight muscles, trigger points or anything that is getting in the way of feeling better. My whole family goes to Bodymedics, each for a different problem and he's helped all of us get through injuries/migraines and chronic pain. He is truly interested in fixing the underlying issues, is kind, professional, explains everything in great detail and comes up with concrete plans and things we can do ourselves. Couldn't ask for a better experience!Â
Have you been to the new BodyMedics facility? Same address but they added 3 massage rooms and the waiting area is very comfortable and with coffee / tea amenities and a fresh cold water cooler . I had a massage with Vanessa , it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very targeted for my particular problem. And she found another path to help without my asking or telling her. She is a healer. Terrific massage today from Drew. I suffer from lower back pain, but I don’t feel it now. I’ve been to sports massage therapists who give their agonizing treatment but with no significant improvement to my back. I’ll need to continue my regular stretching, but what a difference I feel after this session. I’ll be back.Â
