Highly recommend this service as well as location ... wish I had this information sooner. I had a Dexascan as well as RMR test performed. Kris took the time to explain the information, which was very helpful. I learned that my metabolism is slow, which explains why it was difficult to lose weight. I am now working with a nutritionist and focused on building muscle so I can lose fat, add muscle, and increase my metabolism. I plan to return in a couple months to see if I am progressing toward my goals.
I highly recommend getting a dexa scan at Bodymass Composition Testing, especially if you are a woman in her forties. The information I received was invaluable. For those of you who don't know, this scan was mostly used to evaluate if you have osteoporosis as little as ten years ago. You could only get them in hospitals, and you could only get one if you were older, or were suspected to have some kind of bone disease.
