Everything went smoothly. The witch who administered the test was thorough and knowledgeable. 100% would recommend. (It was Halloween, she was in costume).
Was happy to know that scheduling an appointment was easy online, the process take less than 30 minutes and there's convenience parking right in front of the facility. The BMI body scan took about 10 minutes and the RMR test took about the same. You get printed results that show where your fat vs muscle areas are, charts that show how much in each area of your body and recommendations for loss or gain. Brendan performed my evaluation and was a pleasure to work with.
