I cancelled my subscription months ago and they keep charging me. I can’t ever get anyone to help or respond.
Their website says they are LGBTQ friendly, however they declined to schedule me for being transgender. So this is a lie and they are prejudiced about who they work with.
What a bunch of clowns. They took $200 from me to run labs, but then couldn’t manage to schedule and keep an appointment. First time I’ve ever been ghosted by a “doctor.” Update: my wife convinced me to see Dr. Archer after the failed appointment. I was PRESCRIBED an overdose amount of a drug and had terrible side effects for three weeks. Their reaction wasn’t to call and make sure that I was okay, medically. Instead they ONLY performed CYA. Not even so much as a phone call to their patient. DISGRACEFUL.
I called the office trying to get more information about the pricing of the hormone therapy services that they office, and the front desk or whoever answered the phone was very rude and she seemed to be irritated that I was asking her questions. The information on their website does not match with the information the lady told me over the phone. It seemed as if I was bothering her with my phone call, and that my questions were exasperating. Dr. Thomas is simply amazing! I found him from another review so take the time and read them! I had found myself in a complete mental and physical mess after my hysterectomy. I am in my mid 40’s and I was exhausted, joints aching, headaches, restless sleep, gaining weight rapidly and it goes without saying not interested in sex. I felt overwhelmed with seeing other Drs.
