I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The consultation with Dr.Arora was very comforting. He was knowledgeable, friendly and he really listened to my concerned and questions. When I came in for my visit, I was a bit anxious, but once I got into the room I had a great experience with the doctor. Today I went and got microneedling done. All the staff is incredibly kind, warm, comforting, and informative. Amy, the front desk receptionist, was so polite and friendly. Dr. Arora was attentive and thorough in explaining the treatment process to me as it was my first time. I am looking forward to my results and plan on coming back here for regular facials.
Dr Arora is absolutely phenomenal, amazing service and I am just so pleased. My friend referred me and I have since brought other friends — my skin has never looked better! He continues to expand his team and service offerings, I can’t wait to explore other items on his list. I feel so comfortable with him and I honestly trust him with my life !!!
