I’ve had such a great experience here! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and always make me feel comfortable, no matter my fitness level. The classes are well-structured, fun, and challenging in the best way. I’ve noticed improvements in my strength, flexibility, and posture after just a few sessions. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Pilates studio!
I’m really glad I found this studio! I found it through Google, and I liked that they only offer 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 classes, so each client gets more attention. I’ve been dealing with herniated disc for the past 3 months and decided to invest in Pilates. My instructor, Heidi, is so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’ve been taking private Pilates lessons with Goeun. When I struggle with certain movements, she patiently encourages me, reminds me of my goals, and motivates me to keep going. The studio is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The free parking right in front of the studio is also a big plus. Thank you!
I’m starting my health journey and decided I could start here at Bodylink. I can confidently say I’ve made a right choice, because Heidi was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
