Deb conducted my husband’s and my BodPod assessments about two years ago. We opted for the package that included two visits, during which she completed our body composition analyses. Highly recommend BodyKnow! Deb is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and provides much more than just the body composition test. She provides guidance on how to change your nutrition to meet specific goals. I will definitely be going back to BodyKnow.

I just had my first visit and I couldn't be happier. Both my girlfriend and I did the BodPod thinking that we would just get some numbers but what we got was a ton of knowledge about nutrition, macros, weight training and then some. With so much information out there it's hard to come up with a solid plan but today's visit gave us just that. A roadmap to keep us going in our fitness journey. We are both very happy and grateful that we had this experience today.
