I worked with Laura doing PT for 5 sessions and she was awesome. I had an upper back/neck injury, something acute but tied to years of more mild but chronic issues. Learned a ton (got some good "intel" on my body), worked up through some more basic PT exercises into some more challenging Pilates work, and really focused on the bigger issues at play that caused my acute injury (poor posture, not really using my body correctly, not moving enough, certain weakspots that weightlifting doesn't help and can exacerbate, etc.). I started going to BodyIntel for Pilates after a micro disctectomy surgery. Being a passionate golfer, I wanted something to help get me back in the game - 3+ years later I am still going. Not only has it improved my body (core, overall strength, & flexibility) but it has greatly improved my game (balance on follow through, oblique load, & full swing extension etc.)
Catherine is INCREDIBLE! I instantly felt comfortable and reassured in her presence. She made the experience of healing & strengthening my pelvic floor something I looked forward to. So very grateful for her!
Great, small, hour long classes that really strengthen the core. The instructors are super kind and knowledgeable. I love this place.
This place has owed me 271 for about six months. I have asked them twice to pay me back and twice they have told me they would, and have not refunded me. This unacceptable, I do not know how else to get their attention.
