Great, small, hour long classes that really strengthen the core. The instructors are super kind and knowledgeable. I love this place.
This place has owed me 271 for about six months. I have asked them twice to pay me back and twice they have told me they would, and have not refunded me. This unacceptable, I do not know how else to get their attention.

Excellent experience!! I pulled a muscle in my shoulder, and Emily used every tool she had to get me well... Ultrasound, dry needling, massage, stretching and new exercise techniques to strengthen my shoulder. Thanks
