Extremely Disappointed After 5 Years as a Loyal Customer I’ve been a Body Health customer for over 5 years, but my recent experience was awful. I ordered two meal replacements on Oct 15, and instead of being delivered to my door, the package was sent to an Amazon locker — with no access code provided. Awful taste, full of artificial flavors, stevia and a very bad customer services. Ended up paying $21 to return a product that is really bad taste. PA (strawberry flavor) and everything else also tastes incredibly bad. I got to keep the unflavored one and it also tastes incredibly bad since their return policy is sucks and do not allow returning more than one jar for purchase. Be careful with this company they seem more like a scam and there is a bunch of better and healthier supplements in the market.
I'm not too happy with this company. I feel their packaging is deceptive. The container of "Perfect Aminos" I bought clearly says "Serving size: 1 scoop. Servings per container: 20". But that's not exactly true. Rolling Oats didn't have the brand of essential amino acids I usually buy and they didn't have many options. I thought the price of this was kinda high for 20 servings, but decided to buy it so I wouldn't be without for now. Buyer beware, totally unprofessional customer service and condescending. The first time I called with an issue on my order, the lady was unprofessional and very condescending. The second time I called on the same issue, they totally ghosted me. You can find much better customer service elsewhere, with equal or better products.
