Good office visit. Went to 2 weeks PT and worked out the pain down my leg. Follow up appointment was a good report and no further appointments necessary.

Billing Department is VERY rude, I gave them a copy of both my insurance card and co-pay assistance. I was not charge a copy at time of service because I had given them both. She called today and was very nasty threatening to send me to collections. There is a right and wrong way of doing things, and she was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I didn't owe the copay but paid it anyway.

I learned a lot about the Cluneal nerve and decided, because mine is SO good looking, to name it George Cluneal Nerve. My husband asked if Dr. Wheeler could do anything about my Youaregettingonmylast Nerve, but there is no hope for that one. Dr. Wheeler and staff know I want to pick up that guitar lamp and play it everytime I enter the waiting room! Honestly, Dr. Wheeler helped me to walk, run, and jump again. I have seen many doctors in the KC area for my back pain but Dr Wheeler was the first who has helped me have long term improvements that have allowed me to enjoy things I was unable to do previously. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to take time to listen to your whole story and decide the best plan of care. I have recommended Dr Wheeler to others and will continue to do so.
