Eric and Lauren are encouraging while whipping you in to fantastic shape. Not only are they great, but so are the other people working out. It's a very encouraging and non threatening environment. I recommend the MCC for those that are out of shape and looking for a kick start, as well as the athlete looking to add a little spice in to their training regimen.
