This place is clean and nice on the inside. I was originally taken back by the attitude of the injector. She told me I didn’t read the “fine print” on my groupon(I did) and instead of just letting me ask my questions, she berated me for supposedly not reading the fine print. The injector told me I needed 30 units which was more than I had ever had before. Their products are either fake or expired. I pay $600–$700 for wrinkle reduction treatments, but within two weeks, I always have to return to purchase an additional $300–$400 worth of units because the initial treatment doesn’t work.
EDIT - My response to Body Factory's response to my review below: With all due respect, when you write, “tipping is not mandatory and is entirely at the client’s discretion. We do not pressure or solicit tips from anyone, and the option is only made available for those who choose to show their appreciation voluntarily” YOU ARE violating the professional guidelines for medical professionals.
