Heather is a gift. A friend recommended her to me and I'm so glad I went in. You can tell she loves what she does and seems to know exactly what each individual needs as opposed to just doing a traditional massage on each person. She found all my spots instantly. I felt looser and less stressed when I left. I can't wait to book with her again.
Heather is an excellent massage therapist and I always make time to schedule an appointment with her whenever I come to Rhode Island. She asks relevant questions prior to the massage in order to ensure wherever I am experiencing pain is properly addressed. The space she provides is clean and having a massage therapy table with heat makes all the difference for relaxation. Absolutely recommend scheduling time with Heather while visiting Newport! An excellent way to relax and practice self-care.
Heather was very attentive and focused on my concerns and needs during our client intake. Her space is very inviting with a calm and peaceful energy. The massage was exactly what I needed to release the pain and pressure points. And the TMJ work really sealed the deal and made me so thankful for finding Heather! Heather’s understanding of the body and where our muscles store tension is deep. Expect to have your body manipulated on the table in ways that allow access to those stores of tension so tension can actually be released. I’m sure Heather also gives terrific massages for people who just want to treat themselves to an hour or so of relaxation just to feel pampered. But if you’re looking for a massage that will relieve stubborn tension and help reset your body, then you need to get on Heather’s table.
