I was absolutely afraid to start the journey of working out again but this gym has made it so easy AND fun!! I love the private sessions as well as the group sessions. The boot camps are superb as well!!!
I attend Mary Anne’s boot camp classes. She’s the best! I love the workouts, clean gym, great music and never too many people! So fun and never boring!
Welcoming and friendly establishment where you can get in a great workout during bootcamp classes. The team here helps out beginners to learn the ropes and challenges others.
Great facility. Exercises catered to your specific goals. I've been training with Dean consistently for about a year and I'm having the best season of baseball ever. Added strength, balance and athleticism. Whether you're going for aesthetic or performance, I highly recommend these guys!
Highly Recommended! MaryAnn is amazing . Although she is fun, energetic, and caring, she won’t go easy on you. After my second session my abs and legs were on fire and sore for couple days after. Loved the feeling!! Just started the meal plan with Dean and bought the recommended supplements from him. Compare to other places the package price for personal training sessions is very reasonable and affordable.
