This was my first place to try Pilates, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every instructor and receptionist is incredibly kind, personable, and always willing to help. The energy in this studio is just beautiful—it feels so welcoming every time I walk in. It has honestly become my little “church,” a place where I reconnect with myself. This is a great Pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and care about their clients. They show attention to detail - correcting form and making sure people are safe in the movement. I can't recommend enough! Great variety of classes and super friendly team.
As a lifetime non-athelete/sporty, person with a sedentary desk job for the last 10 + years, in my late 30's, at almost 200 lbs. I decided to try reformer pilates for the first time ever at Bodybar mid 2025, fast forward to now, 100 classes completed and down 45 pounds!! The tonest Iv'e ever been!! How?!? I love this place. The studio is super clean, and everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I especially loved the class with Jessica, she is great. Definitely recommend!
