This is my happy place! I’ve not only gained better body awareness but my core control and strength has increased so much in the 5 months I’ve been a member. There are so many amazing and talented instructors here too. Just to mention a few of my faves; Maddy, Allie, Ramie, Shelby and Sierra, but so many great instructors like I said, you can’t go wrong! I feel like it is making me stronger and more fit for someone my age (71)! It is also fun!
This is an amazing Pilates community devoted to helping each of us get and stay healthy. Their instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The boutique has an ever changing mix of clothing for all genders and sizes.
Great workout programs here. Every instructor I come across is very good.
