I've been shopping a lot here at BFA, especially for their half sizes plugs and their tapers. I haven't had any issue with any of products! Been satisfied overall, I'd also like to say that their customer service has been wonderful, every time I've needed to call in regards of general issues they've went out of their way to help me. Will be shopping more from them!

Really wanted to like the 2g CBR but even with 8" opening tool and going to a local shop they cant get it open without damaging the ring, thanks for closing the ring so tight around the ball you basically fused it. Save your money, go to another shop with faster turnaround time and better quality.

Amazing customer service. The great rep there Sarena K was able to get the item I needed returned and worked with me when I messed up the form. I’ve been ordering this from this site for years and this was the first time needing to send a return- that, as always, don’t disappoint

The customer service is next level. Package shipped out next day. Package was lost by USPS and BAF Customer service went out of their way to help me sort it out. The quality of the tools and jewelry are top notch. I will absolutely be shopping here again and highly recommend this Company!
