I was stretching my ear lobes and I was having trouble going up to the next size. Luckily, BAF has custom glass ear plugs that they make in half sizes. It made sizing up much easier.
I’ve been shopping here for over a year now it’s 100% one of my favorite places to get my plugs because of the selection and the customer service! A few days ago, I bought some 18MM single flare glass plugs and I put them in, yet they wouldn’t go in. I thought it was weird because I knew for a fact my ears are 18MM. So I measured them and they were measuring closer to 19MM for both plugs. I love this shop!!! I can’t stop purchasing from them I’m obsessed I finally found jewelry that is amazing quality that I can order online!!! After years and years of struggling with finding a website for good quality body jewelry I finally found it. I kept buying Amazon jewelry even though it said titanium kept irritating me.
Haven't received my order yet but wanted to leave a review to say what great customer service they had. My package was lost in the mail and when I reached out, they were able to send me a new reorder of the same pieces within a day. I can't wait to receive my jewelry and place another order with them in the future!
Looks like they have a large selection of items, but was extremely disappointed to find out they are closed to the public and have no store front. Looking at their Google page, there's multiple photos of what looks like a very nice store front, with many cases and a huge selection, and their address is only 8 minutes from my home, so I drove up there to check it out, only to see "CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC" on the door.
