JoAnn is the best i love body20 but i love her more she’s the one who got me started there and always is so welcoming
I don’t recommend this location at ALL. I’ve been a member here for a while and they changed the pricing out the blue without informing members. The manager also gives each individuals their own price. Nothing is set in stone. It’s extremely shady. Don’t do any business without everything in writing.I’ve cancelled my membership and I won’t be back due to the customer service. Lack of transparency and the inconsistency. Screenshot shows what the pricing was. Who knows what they will tell you.

My recommendation is don’t let anyone fast talk you. Do everything via text or in writing. Joann was super nice and cool when we dropped $1,600 after that it changed. Promises were not kept, pricing isn’t transparent! I also reached out about leaving my sunglasses over Labor Day weekend. She didn’t even bother to ask the other trainer who was in that day if she could look for my glasses. Completely dismissed me! The app also is a pain!
