I went to Body20 today and did an EMS workout. It was a great experience and our trainer Pauly was great, knowledgeable and pushed the intensity while check-in which felt like a great workout overall. Highly recommend.
I went to try Body20 today, I have done ems before but not at Body20. It was an amazing experience all around! They were extremely welcoming and customized everything from start to finish even with a welcome sign. Pauly my trainer was so knowledgeable about everything, very positive and was a great workout. Truly exceeded my expectations.
