These comments are coming from someone that has never been in the shop and is only helping out her princess friend. We were not only NOT racist towards her but the artist was accommodating enough to redraw her tattoo design three times because she kept changing things. Her wait time was 20 minutes due to this. Also when you walk into the shop there is a sign stating "NO FOOD OR DRINK BEYOND THIS POINT" She chose to ignore this and when asked to put her drink on the shelf by the door she got nasty and slammed it down on the c... read more

I met the owner several years ago, and he's a great guy. The shop is awesome and accommodating, and I will be coming back for more work. I come from South Carolina just to use this shop.
Trashy ass place, no place like this should be open

We have been open for over 20 years. At least 20 percent of our customers are Asian. We are not racist nor would we ever allow racism in the shop. The girl that started this was shouting racial slurs at the counter man and was mad because we asked her to leave her drink by the door. Even though she was made aware of the fact that we don't allow food or drink in the waiting area. She was arrogant and rude even though we tried accommodating her. Heard from a friend that their mother and sister were treated very unfairly in a community which should embrace culture. They were instead greeted with racial slurs and deragorty comments instead of providing a service that is already intimidating as it is. As a person with tattoos, this is very disconcerting as it only puts a negative light on tattoos and may stray people away who are considering to get their first one. This girl told a bare faced lie. We were nothing but nice to her mother and her. Even though she was arrogant with us. She sent a picture of what she wanted to the artist. He drew exactly what she sent. She wanted it changed so he redrew it. She didn't like that so again he redrew it. He set up his station and got ready to tattoo her.
