I had a great massage with Rachel. I love the scientific/physical health focus and a little bit of facilitated stretching. My energy level increased so much in the days after. I experienced the compression therapy as well at the infrared sauna too. Both are so reasonably priced and feel incredible. I can tell my health status improves because of that. I can't wait for the next treatment!

1st time at this studio - I had an appointment with Rachel Derby- Sweetheart you are an angel from heaven! I walked into this studio in a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders & back and after 90 minutes and the best massage I have ever had (and I’ve been going to get massages for over the last 30 years!) I walked out feeling the best I’ve ever felt in long time! Rachel - I want to thank you personally for being a very caring & passionate massage therapist❣️
I am so happy with the services I have received at Body Works Wellness! I regularly see Rachel, who is wonderful and has helped me with so many aspects of my life. She is kind, respectful, attentive, and so skilled! I am a personal trainer, which means I’m active all day long. I subscribed to the athletic massage package, and it has been the best choice I could have made for my health and longevity in my career and hobbies!
I highly recommend massages from here, Maxine has given me massages that have been a game changer for helping me to heal a bad back injury. I also have gotten a massage from Leslie as well which was also incredibly helpful. highly recommend!
