Do not book through class pass. I’m sure he’s great at what he does but he doesn’t update his schedule and I got turned away due to double booking.
Elmer was fantastic!! I ski, climb, weightlift & spin so I came in very tight, sore and with a few knots. We talked about what I wanted prior to starting. He incorporated a 'Russian' style into the massage. It was faster paced than I've had before. He was thorough with my shoulder, back & calves. Elmer is amazing!!! He can get your knots out and make your pain go away. He uses massage and professional tense machines on me and it’s magical. I’m addicted. I’m a Dental Hygienist, so my neck, back and arms always hurt. He’s helped me so much. Thank you Elmer.
