I'm only passing through through Abingdon, but I hate missing a gym session and found Body Works on Google. I was so impressed! It's such a great gym and the 20/20/5 class was fantastic. Leon was an excellent instructor and he and the other members made me feel really welcome. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth checking this place out!
Super gym with super folks! This is my happy place!
My husband and I have been members at this gym for over 5 years. Cindy has been training us during that time and my husband lost 70 pounds with Cindy's help. She truly cares about her members. The variety of classes has something for everyone whether you're a beginner or a professional athlete.
