I am a member who has tried many of the yoga classes . The yoga teachers are caring and knowledgeable , and there is a great variety of classes and levels available - from restorative to " warrior". I've also met some great new yogi friends and become really flexible .
I have been going to Body Works Day Spa for over 5 years now. The services are top-notch. Renee takes excellent care of my eyebrows with tinting and waxing. Sweetie is fantastic--her threading and waxing are the best I've ever experienced anywhere! Beth and Michele always work around my difficult schedule to make sure I'm well cared for. Every service I've had including massages, facials and Yoga have been outstanding. I always feel great after a visit to Body Works!!
Rene the new location is beautiful! I just had the best massage I have ever had with Lona. It was the perfect amount of pressure. I already booked my next two appointments!
