10/10. This was my second wax by Roz and I'm mega happy. She's very professional but easy to talk to, and I'm not much of a chitchatter. I'd recommend to anyone. I also LOVE that she uses minimal products after because I have sensitive skin and she doesn't try to push or sell anything like bigger chains tend to do.

OMG!!! This was the best experience I have ever had!!! Roz was clean, professional and experienced. I was super nervous because this was my first real Brazilian wax. She talked me through the whole experience and made me feel so comfortable not to mention it looks great down there 😁. I would definitely recommend!!!!!!! All I can say is this woman is amazing. Not only is she the best waxer I’ve been to, and I’ve been to really high end places, she is personable and makes your experience comfortable. She also goes out her way to make her clients happy. Example, I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to an unforeseen situation and she made time on a different day to fit me in. I’m one happy lady and freshly waxed for my cruise! Thank you, Roz! You will always have 5 stars from me!

Body wax by Roz is the truth! My husband and i were very pleased. It was My Husbands first time being waxed & Ms. Roz was very informative about the process and made sure he was very relaxed & trust that’s a very hard task lol. I do recommend 10/10.
