First off I’m not one to leave negative reviews and I’m pretty experienced when it comes to waxing and using Groupons . I originally had an appointment at 5:30 but then she text me at 3:15 saying they are closing at 4:15 today because of an emergency and asked if I can can come now . So I said yes I’ll make it in 16 mins . I get there everything is good , she was polite ! Bought a Groupon and then they tried to upcharge me $180, then $60 and then $35 saying my just below my shoulder hair is too long and the Groupon is for short hair only WHICH IT DOES NOT SAY ANYWHERE ONLINE. Then tried to tell me keratin has increased in price and that’s why. I tried to book this the same day I purchased so they should have changed the deal if they cannot honor it.
