The People, The Price, it's Powerful and Practical. Cynthia is so kind and wonderful. She keeps the cost down for memberships by being functional and effective with out all the hype. Being able to stay the long haul because it's affordable and supportive is the real win!
Cynthia is a class act. Very experienced in all things fitness and weight training and has been a god send to helping my aging body rehab and stay as ageless as possible 👍😎

Amazing instructors/classes! A variety of classes for all fitness level is available to include Zumba®, PILOXING SSP® and PILOXING Barre® , Butt & Gut, and Yoga*. Great, friendly participants and instructors...perfect way to meet that fitness goal! Thanks Cynthia and her team!
