I came here the first time with hip and leg tightness that was giving me trouble while running, and Ryan fixed me in time for peak training for my big spring endurance event! Highly recommended for anyone who needs work done on tight muscles, IT bands, etc.
Seriously what an amazing person he is very knowledgeable about the body and does great work. I have struggled with neck and trap muscle pain with migraines for a long time and massage therapy is the only thing that works for me. I highly recommend Ryan.
Great place to go for a relaxing and integrated massage! Ryan was professional and did a phenomenal job getting out the knots and tightness in my back. Definitely would go back when I’m in town again!
