Angel is an amazing therapist. He’s the only reason this is not a one star review. I recently received some bad customer service. I used a gift cert for a massage session, they didn’t record it, then proceeded to charge me for the service nearly a month later. No warning about the charge. After calling them out on the erroneous charge, Katrina made me feel bad about using the gift cert. She found the gift cert in their files, but no apology was issued. Not the way to do business and keep otherwise loyal clients.
