Had my first ever hot stone massage today and it was awesome!! Also had a spa pedicure which I enjoyed very much. The staff here was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend their services and can't wait to go back!
After a long and stressful stretch at my work, my shoulders and upper back were about ready to fall apart. So I decided to book a massage. Unable to find an appointment at a spa which was closer to my house, I called Body & Spirit. The site suggested a chair massage as a great introduction to massage therapy. Went with my mom. It was my first time getting a pedicure. It was amazing! Ticklish but absolutely amazing. The owner and his daughter were fantastic to us! Great experience!
