The best pedicure I've had in a long time! No rushing, super thorough- a nice, clean spa. Looking forward to my next visit!
I have only been there twice, but both times I had great experiences. I got a pedi and then a mani. I had Brittany both times. She was very kind and always willing to listen to any questions or suggestions I had. And with my mani she was willing to be creative with my nails when I showed her a simple design I found on Pinterest! I will continue to go back there.

I went here to get some relaxation and to see if I could get some relief of my lower backache. Cherish was so amazing and did a great job and made sure it wasn't too much for me being my first time. Definitely recommend going here. I will be going here again �
Great people, cool location, excellent massage. Facebook tells me this review needs more characters, so after your massage, walk across the parking lot and you'll find plenty of characters at Area 23. This last bit is an example of shameless self promotion. I'm ok with that fact.
I I went here to get a little relief from a shoulder issue and I was very impressed with the attention to detail that Cherish gave. She was able to address my shoulder pain as well as other muscle and joint pain I was having. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond all my expectations. I had a great night sleep for the first time in a long time after visiting. I will definitely be returning.
My absolute favorite spa. They can remove months of tension in less than an hour! The zen atmosphere here make you want to come back everyday. Great, professional service in a comfortable, relaxing setting.
I had a fantastic experience at the Body & Spirit Day Spa. Carlos did an amazing job tinting my eyelashes and eyebrows, which was a new experience for me, followed by a very relaxing pedicure from Cheryl. Highly recommend!
