I recently had my first experience at Body and Soul and I can't say enough about how exceptional the services were. Everything felt relaxing right from the beginning. I was made to feel ultra pampered throughout the 4 hours I spent there and I can't wait to come back!

I have been a customer of Body and Soul 3 years now. There are so many wonderful things I could say about this precious gem of a spa! From the owners to the therapists to the technicians, all are amazing and treat you like you are family. You are truly missing out if you do not make Body and Soul a regular routine and if you ever need a nail technician just ask for Rose.

Body and Soul retreat has some of the best employees anywhere. My daughter purchased a spa package for me and it was a fantastic day of pampering and treatments.
