I've been going to Body & Soul for over 9 years. I always feel comfortable and like a family member. Everything they do they do with love and talent. From the front desk to everyone who works there. I really love it.

I had a 90 minute massage which included foot reflexology and a peppermint scalp massage with Michele. It was FABULOUS! I relaxed with a cup of tea before the massage and when Michele was ready the massage room was a peaceful and zenlike. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was so attentive. It is such a treat from the young man that meets you at the front desk to the minute you walk out the door. I recommend Body & Soul Retreat for anyone who wants a little me time with the perfect amount of pampering. Thank you!
