Unprofessional in so many ways: The front desk person who is oddly informal and isn't welcoming at all. I overheard a ok personal conversation where the door was clearly open and curse words were used fluidly in what's supposed to be a professional setting. Therapist was friendly but late twice with no apology and didn't make up the time. Was texting during my appointment which means they were not fully engaged in what I was saying.
