I’m leaving this review about a lady that helped me out when I was at my lowest after being injured at work. Her name is Bernadette. I have been going through a lot these last three years. I lost my mom, my sister, and my brother. I was trying to take care of everyone and I forgot about myself. And then I got injured and I had no one to help me out. Unprofessional in so many ways: The front desk person who is oddly informal and isn't welcoming at all. I overheard a ok personal conversation where the door was clearly open and curse words were used fluidly in what's supposed to be a professional setting. Therapist was friendly but late twice with no apology and didn't make up the time. Was texting during my appointment which means they were not fully engaged in what I was saying.
