Great Gym, equipment is in good condition, facility is clean, staff is great.
I absolutely love going to Body and Soul to work out! The staff is always friendly, the Instructors are AWESOME, it's gym family time, and we laugh a lot! Sometimes we moan!�� If you think you can't do the exercises, there is modifications! No one judges anyone. We're all there to encourage one another. After the workout, enjoy Sauna Time!!! Ahhh It's all worth it! ��
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is kept very clean. The equipment, classes and activities will keep you moving and fit.
