Sadly Mario Rivers, a personal trainer there, is tainting MANY peoples views of Body and Soul because of his very vocal anti-Democrat views online. If you have a differing opinion make sure you keep quiet around him, he can’t stand it and he will let you know. I’m not saying he doesn’t have the right to voice his political opinion, but the name calling is just childish.
Excellent place to workout! The coaches are great and so are the classes! Very clean gym
Offer great classes that are diverse in style, technique, and skill level. All levels of physical activity welcome and instructors are great in working with you on reaching your goals and feeling confident! Also there dance classes are awesome (videosync and Nikki jams) always a blast!!
