I am very pleased with my last two months working with Body Solutions. They have been great to work with, very attentive and most importantly, have setup a very effective and challenging routine that is having good results.
Shoutout to Julie, Ish, Dom, Destinee for helping me get to where I wanted to be so quickly! After breaking my femur, they had me surfing again in 2 months. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back if I need PT again.
I had an ACL reconstruction and medial meniscus repair on December 29th. I have been coming to physical therapy twice a week since day 5 post-op. Julie, Ish and Desiree have given me a variety of challenging exercises to do while I am here and at home. Julie’s magic hands work on my muscles while being sensitive to the deep bruising. I love the friendly and comedic environment. As an aside, they always have something cool on TV!
