Highly recommend! Katrina is amazing. She helped me with my ankle injury using electrical stimulation Neubie (DC, direct current) and FST/Sports Massage
Exceptional. I don’t take care of my body enough for all the work I do and she definitely is worth the money! Inside the gym The lift factory the room is nice clean dark and music was soothing. She applied different techniques to help me with my Supraspinatus Tendinitis ( shoulder impingement) and I feel 100 times better. Cannot wait to be back. If you are involved in any type of regular activity you should book her!
Katrina was welcoming, kind, detail oriented and professional. She asked about my problem areas and addressed each one. The massage was exactly what I needed and was also very enjoyable! She knows what she’s doing — and I appreciated her craft! I’ll be back for sure!
The appointment was on time and she basically worked out some personal therapy needs to my pain levels. She is a expert in her field when it comes to physical therapy and I will again make another appointment in the future for more treatments. She is very alert to your physical pain.
