Trina has hands down been the best massage therapist I've used. She kept me functional despite my crazy years of training and competitive powerlifting and everything else in between. Unless she's not available, she's my therapist for life!
Skilled at what she does. Offered cupping therapy to relieve my shoulder and upper back tightness. I left the session feeling like a new person. I am very thankful for her work.

Exceptional. I don’t take care of my body enough for all the work I do and she definitely is worth the money! Inside the gym The lift factory the room is nice clean dark and music was soothing. She applied different techniques to help me with my Supraspinatus Tendinitis ( shoulder impingement) and I feel 100 times better. Cannot wait to be back. If you are involved in any type of regular activity you should book her!
