Sharon is amazing. She always leaves me feeling relaxed and all of my tense knots gone.
Sharon is awesome! I saw her regularly about 12-15 years ago. When I went to her my left shoulder/neck area hurt so badly I couldn’t turn my head to that side or lift my arm. She fixed it relatively quickly and years later I have no problem at all with it. What she does is a specialized technique called myofascial release, and she’s studied with the man who developed it and is an advanced practitioner.
