The window stripping my Scion xb needed to be replaced. I looked up body shops near me - I live near the Midway district so their were plenty - and Body Shop Express had the highest rating with the most reviews, over 100. No brainer. They were personable, affordable, and efficient! I came in at 9:00 am and was out by 9:15 am, and they were extremely busy. Chris runs a tight ship over and I can see why they average a 5 star rating.
I was in an accident and USAA suggested this shop. While not having my car for three weeks was a pain, Body Shop Express was not. Fast, friendly, and professional service was what I received. Every time I called for an update they were happy to let me know where they were in the process. Bonus...all of the work they has a lifetime guarantee as long as I own the car.
Chris was straight forward with what could be done about my damage and was more than reasonable about the price. The result was even better than I expected! Five Stars!
My experience with Body Shop Express LLC was amazing! The guys that work there are incredibly nice and friendly. They reviewed the damage to my car and wrote down my concerns. They quickly ordered parts, I dropped my car off on a Monday and repairs were done by Tuesday!! Repairs were 100%, they color matched my pearl white paint perfectly. Best experience We had an unfortunate vandalism happen to our truck before Christmas. After calling around to a few places, most were honest about it being a hard to find part and could take around a week to get our truck back. Our insurance company had recommended Body Shop Express. Body Shop Express coordinated a tow truck to come to our house and get the truck on Friday, December 15th and they would locate a part on Monday the 18th and work on it.
