Very Helpful ,friendly good at teaching proper lifting techniques.
A new branded gym, but still the prior brand name on the building. Lost my respect due to how money hungry the business had become, but they still can't replace the logo on the front of the building.
The hip thrust machine smells unhygienic and like female privates and they haven't done anything for at least a year its off-putting for everyone please do something

I wish could say kind things about this place. I wonder if I could have my items returned to me. I wish more athletic places could be like IFC, there are kinder employees elsewhere. I hope other Gyms offer better services. Sign up here if you are truly desperate to find somewhere to let off some stream.
