After the first session, I experienced consistent pain in the treated area. I asked if she could switch me to Emsculpt NEO instead of SculpSure because I simply could not tolerate the pain, and I also suspected there might have been an issue with how she operated the machine. Eva was great. The service was as promised! I went in to deal with the start of a saggy chin/turkey neck sitch. Though I’d bought one service (via Groupon), she recommended something different and happily applied the Groupon amount, so nothing lost. The ultherapy worked for me for sure. Saw maybe 10% change in the ofc, but by the f/u, it was very clear. Glad I did it! And will use her again!

Eva is a very knowledgeable and professional tech. She takes time to explain everything pros and cons of what you need to know but no pressure of sale. So far my treatment is very effective and I’m returning for sequent sessions. Highly recommended!
Evas office is clean and professional, she has an excellent bedside manner, she is experienced and knowledgeable, she followed all safety protocols, parking was easy and ample, there was virtually no wait once I got to the waiting room.
