Eva is very easy to talk to and very professional. Very excited for my transformation.
Use caution when booking. Their system froze while I was scheduling an appointment, so I closed the window to try later—receiving no confirmation email or text. Yet, I was charged a $100 no-show fee for an appointment I didn't know existed. Fine, I should have contacted them. When I tried to rebook, the system was not letting me complete the booking. I had my first visit yesterday for a consultation and my first treatment, and I had a wonderful experience all the way around! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was great. The staff made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain the procedure, answered my questions, and were so friendly and easy to talk to.
