The small group setting focuses on strength, balance, and stretching in a supportive and encouraging environment. The ladies are welcoming and like-minded, and there’s absolutely no pressure or judgement about appearance, fitness level, or attire. Just a fun, positive, and upbeat atmosphere that makes you want to come back each week.
Body Reset Fitness provides a welcoming atmosphere for women of all fitness levels. Theresa is a very motivating coach and by customizing workouts to meet the needs of her clients has fostered a tight knit group of like-minded women. Highly recommend!
What a gem! As a recent joiner of Body Reset Fitness I have quickly become addicted! Theresa and Stacy are incredibly knowledgeable and motivated to get you where YOU want to be. The phenomenal team of Coach Theresa and Stacey have provided incredible workouts to me for nearly 5 years.
