Wife canceled membership last year before being PCSed to an overseas base with me. apparently they had "No record of cancellation". which resulted in hundreds of dollars being charged to a credit card we believed to be unused. A refund of these charges is being denied even though her card wasn't scanned once since cancellation. An anti-veteran company with toxic cancellation practices. Will be reporting to the BBB.

I go here on volleyball nights. Wish it had more variety of machines. I’m always trying to figure out what to do to modify my workouts for lack of machines. Only 1 pec deck so always waiting for that on chest days. No hack squat. Only 1 dip machine and so on. Plus side it a fair amount of free weight benches so I’m never waiting long on chest days for that and a good amount of squat racks.
