I bought a Living Social Voucher (too bad they dont email to let you know it's about to expire) and it had just expired when I remembered about it. I contacted Body Relax Spa to ask about using it still, and they said yes, but I would have to pay the difference for full-price (no discount, in other words). That to me shows bad customer service.
